Thon Hotel Vasa, Stockholm
Opening April 2026 on Stockholm’s central Vasagatan, this elegant hotel combines heritage with modern comfort. Expect 144 rooms, a brasserie, a cocktail bar and fitness facilities all housed in a beautifully restored 19th-century building.
Ruby Group’s First Stockholm Hotel, Stockholm
Ruby Hotels makes its Scandinavian debut in spring 2026 with a 187-room property on the Stockholm island of Kungsholmen. Guests can look forward to the brand’s signature “lean luxury” concept and a host of modern amenities.
Lilla Bommen, Gothenburg
Set in one of Sweden’s largest urban development areas, this new Scandic Go hotel will offer 176 rooms, including 20 with bunk beds, a stone’s throw from Gothenburg’s central station. Opening is planned for early 2026.

Hotel Stopover, Mariestad
Strawberry’s innovative Stopover concept arrives in Mariestad in late 2026. Built from modular timber units, these sustainable hotels feature EV charging, fitness rooms, kids’ play areas and even dog parks all powered by renewable energy.
Margaret’s Bath Hotel, Skåne
On the scenic Kulla Peninsula, a classic beach hotel will open in 2026, complete with a restaurant and year-round service in one of Höganäs’ most coveted coastal spots.
Scandic Go, Helsingborg, Skåne
Located near the ferry terminal and central station, this 96-room hotel will carry the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and open in the first half of 2026.
