April 24 – 25 in 2024, it is time for us to once again welcome you to visit Sweden and participate in Swedish Workshop. In 2024 the workshop will be hosted in and by Södertälje.
Södertälje is a destination with a long history of both innovation, industry, sport and culture. The destination is one part of the metropolitan region of Stockholm and one-part Swedish countryside in Sörmland. It is a destination with an exciting cultural history, dining experiences and places to visit.
At Swedish Workshop you will:
Participant fee: 150 EUR per person. This in including the Sweden sessions, welcome reception, 1 day of match-making workshop, final dinner and accommodation in Södertälje during the workshop, all meals.
Travel and Transfer: your travel to and from Sweden/ Södertälje is not included in the fee for Swedish Workshop and has to be self-organized. If you arrive at Stockholm Arlanda Airport you can take the commuter train nr 40, directly from Arlanda Airport to Södertälje Centrum: Public Transportation Site. We can also recommend using the Citymapper app to find your way around in Stockholm: Citymapper App.
Tip - Take the night train to Sweden: This year we are happy to be able to offer a limited number of tickets to the night train- Euronight from Berlin/Hamburg directly to Södertälje/Stockholm in collaboration with SJ (Swedish Rail).
The prize is approx. 177 EUR per person, one way, in a private sleeping car. To book contact SJ (Swedish Rail) here. In your email please include single or return ticket, if single – where from, full name, and mobile phone number (this is for the purpose of up to date traffic information).

Please note that there is a limited number of participants possible with focus on tour operators, travel agencies and other buyers creating and selling own travel packages. Once your registration is checked there will be a notification with a final confirmation and further information.
Registration is possible latest by 25th of March 2024.
As a participating buyer you will have the opportunity to visit and learn more about some of the most interesting destinations in Sweden. Participating in a Pre and/or Post tour will give you an opportunity to experience a destination first-hand and meet local entrepreneurs and explore the local offerings of food, sights, activities and accommodations. These tours are hosted by Regional Tourism Organizations from all around Sweden and span most of what Sweden can offer as a destination. Registration for the tours will be possible after registration.
Price range per person for Pre and Post Tour:
If you need an extra night in Södertälje due to participating a PRE or POST tour that night will be organized by us (no extra fee).
Registration for a PRE- or POST tour is possible until March 15th!
For those of you attending the Swedish Workshop and want to combine this with attending GSTC2024, the Global Sustainable Tourism Conference, we can offer an opportunity to attend the first day of the congress. 24 April, at Nya Cirkus. The registration fee is half the price of the regular price. After your registration for Swedish Workshop you will find the option to register for GSTC as well.
