FAM trip: 01-05 June 2026
Visit Sweden FAM Trip Småland & Öland 2026 is the perfect opportunity to learn more about Sweden and its unique experiences. The trip offers an excellent chance to get to know a variety of Swedish suppliers and their products firsthand, and to work with them to develop new ideas for your Sweden travel product portfolio.
Highlights of the FAM trip "Discover a destination of a different nature in Småland and Öland" include, among others:
- explore the historic city of Kalmar and follow a guided tour through the famous Kalmar Castle
- stay at fantastic hotels in the city and on the countryside
- get to know the island of Öland from different cultural and culinary perspectives, e.g. with a visit at the UNESCO World Heritage Site and a guided food hike
- a guided tour at "Astrid Lindgrens Näs" in Vimmerby
- a guided bike tour through the movie landscape Småland and learn more about the filming location of different movies based on stories from Astrid Lindgren
- a visit at the "Filmbyn Småland"
- meet the "King of the Swedish Forest" - the moose on a fun safari tour
- take a stroll in the wooden town of Eksjö - a real hidden gem
- learn about the delicious apples and wine from Småland during a guided tour
- visit Åsens by - a cultural treasure and reserve: a living village environment from the early 1900s
- learn about the beloved Swedish candy "Polkagris" in Gränna
- see many, many, many typical red cottages along the way

If you are a Travel Professional working with customers from the following markets: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands and Belgium and are interested in participating in this FAM trip, you can apply by filling out this application form.
Please note that you will be responsible for arranging your own travel arrangements to Sweden. Transportation within Sweden as mentioned in the itinerary.
Apply as soon as possible as availability is limited.
Together with the participating region/destination and our Travel Trade Managers, we will select a small international group of Tourism Professionals that will be able to participate in this FAM trip. We will inform all applicants as soon as this selection has been made.
