Visit Sweden FAM Trip "Autumn magic in the region of Kiruna and `Heart of Lapland`" is the perfect opportunity to learn more about Sweden and its unique experiences. The trip offers an excellent chance to get to know a variety of Swedish suppliers and their products firsthand, and to work with them to develop new ideas for your Sweden travel product portfolio.

Highlights of this FAM trip include, among others:

  • Guided tour on an ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle; a type of quad bike)
  • Boat trip on the Kalix River
  • Short walks through the autumnal countryside
  • Grilling fish in the traditional way
  • Crossing the Arctic Circle with a photo stop
  • Immersing yourself in Sámi culture at Nutti Sámi Siida
  • A visit to the famous STF Abisko Tourist Station in Abisko National Park
  • Exceptional regional cuisine
  • Overnight stays in a variety of accommodation, as well as site visits to other hotels
  • Enchanting autumn colours and, with a bit of luck, the first Northern Lights of the season

Together with the participating region/destination and our Travel Trade Managers, we will select a small international group of Tourism Professionals that will be able to participate in this FAM trip. We will inform all applicants as soon as this selection has been made.
