Premiere! - Visit Sweden FAM Trip Gästrikland/ Hälsingland and Sundsvall 2026 is the perfect opportunity to learn more about Sweden and its unique experiences. The trip offers an excellent chance to get to know a variety of Swedish suppliers and their products firsthand, and to work with them to develop new ideas for your Sweden travel product portfolio.
Highlights of this FAM trip, focusing on nature, activities, Swedish culture and cuisine, among other things:
- Unique Swedish culture, including a visit to Gästgivars Farmhouse – a UNESCO World Heritage Site – and the romantic Wij Trädgård (garden complex with a manor house)
- Overnight stay at one of the region’s most famous hotels, “Orbaden Spa & Resort”, with its variety of designed rooms in very different styles, and a visit to the “Bergaliv” loft houses
- Visit to “Vildriket”
- Discover Sundsvall from above on a unique rooftop walk
- Visit the Selånger Pilgrimage Centre (starting point of the historic St Olav’s Way – one of Scandinavia’s most famous pilgrimage routes, stretching from Selånger near Sundsvall to Trondheim in Norway)
- Visit the ‘Norra Berget Open Air Museum’ and learn more about the diverse activities on and around ‘Nordberg’ (Norra Berget)
- Visit the romantic Merlo Castle
- Exploration tour in the ‘Åstöns’ nature reserve by the sea
- Boat trip through the archipelago off Sundsvall
- Learn all about “Södra Berget” – Sundsvall’s southern mountain with all its opportunities for year-round activities – just 2 minutes from the city centre!

How to apply:
If you are a Travel Professional working with customers from the following markets: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands and Belgium and are interested in participating in this FAM trip, you can apply by filling out this application form.
Please note that you will be responsible for arranging your own travel arrangements to Sweden. Transportation within Sweden as mentioned in the itinerary.
Apply as soon as possible as availability is limited.
Together with the participating region/destination and our Travel Trade Managers, we will select a small international group of Tourism Professionals that will be able to participate in this FAM trip. We will inform all applicants as soon as this selection has been made.
